Queen of the Nashville BluesPebble Lynn Daniel
Queen of the Nashville Blues

For twenty years, Pebble entertained music fans in numerous Nashville nightclubs, most frequently at the Blue Bird Café.

On the road, she performed with top artists, including: Rita Coolidge, Jimmy Buffett, Tracy Nelson, Delbert McClinton, Ronnie Milsap, Leon Russell, Tammye Wynette, Donna Fargo, Hank Williams, Jr., Rosanne Cash, and Johnny Rodriguez. In 1994-95 she starred in the musical comedy stage show, Cowboy Café.

A Nashville Memorial Service in honor of Pebble was hosted by Amy Kurland at the Blue Bird Café. A musical who's who turned out to pay tribute to her, including: Rita Coolidge, Tracy Nelson, Vince Gill and Amy Grant.

In February 1996, Delbert McClinton performed live to a packed house at the Ace of Clubs in Nashville, to initiate funding of the Pebble Daniel Foundation.

Best known for her earthy voice that could bring an audience to tears, Pebble drew a crowd of loyal fans each time she stepped on stage. A legion of devoted fans and friends will remember her always for the heart and soul she gave to her music, and to our lives.

Thanks to a few, especially Toni and Stack, we can still Hear Her Sing!
